General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, quotations, deliveries and website use associated with XPS Tile Backerboard.
Pricing and GST
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for verifying quantities, product selections, delivery addresses and contact details. XPS Tile Backerboard is not responsible for costs arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Delivery Conditions
Delivery dates are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Delivery charges may change without notice.
Delivery Zones
Zone 1: Free over $150, otherwise $20. Zone 2: $50. Zone 3: $75. Orders over $1,000 delivered free. Remote locations may incur additional freight charges.
Site Access
Customers must provide safe and suitable access for delivery vehicles. XPS Tile Backerboard may refuse delivery where access is unsafe or unsuitable. Additional delivery or redelivery charges may apply.
Acceptance of Goods
Customers must inspect goods immediately. Damage, shortages or incorrect goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Returns may be accepted within 7 days if approved and goods are unused, undamaged and in original condition. Special orders and clearance items are not returnable unless required under Australian Consumer Law. Restocking fees may apply.
Warranty and Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Product Suitability
Customers are responsible for determining whether products are suitable for their intended application. Technical information is provided in good faith and may change without notice.
Health and Safety
Appropriate PPE including safety glasses, gloves and dust masks should be worn when cutting or modifying boards. Dust may irritate eyes, skin and respiratory systems. Cut boards in well-ventilated areas and use dust extraction where practical. Store products flat, dry and away from heat, sparks, flames and ignition sources. XPS cores are combustible. Do not burn or incinerate products. Use safe lifting techniques when handling large boards.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XPS Tile Backerboard is not liable for indirect or consequential losses including labour costs, project delays, loss of profits or third-party claims. Liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund.
Privacy Policy
Personal information is collected only for customer service, delivery and order processing. Information is not sold to third parties and is only shared where necessary to fulfil orders or comply with legal obligations.
Website Terms of Use
All website content, images, branding, technical documents and intellectual property remain the property of XPS Tile Backerboard and may not be reproduced without permission.
Trade Account Acceptance
By placing an order, accepting a quotation or taking delivery, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
